1. What noagent.rent is

noagent.rent is an online listing directory and software tool. Landlords publish homes; tenants find them and book viewings. We are not a party to any lease. We do not negotiate, pass offers, recommend prices or act for either side, and we take no share of the rent.

2. The survey

A survey is a factual report on a property's condition and features: measurements, photographs and an inventory. Surveyors do not value or promote the property and do not show it to tenants.

3. Accounts and verification

Everyone who contacts or is contacted must pass an identity check. Landlords must own the property or hold a written mandate from the owner as a family member or company director.

4. No agents

Accounts may not be used to let property on behalf of others for a fee. If our review finds an account used this way, we end the contract and block the verified identity. You can appeal within 14 days with objective proof (for example of ownership); a person reviews every appeal. There is no fine or reinstatement fee.

5. Fees

Search pass €29 for 30 days. Listing €49 (self-listed) or €199 (surveyed), valid until the home is let or for 90 active days. Credits and refunds as described on the pricing page. You have a 14-day right of withdrawal for digital services not yet used. [TODO: lawyer]
